As a Home Manager, you'll:
- Manage the overall running of a state of the art Nursing Home
- Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.
The Home Manager will receive:
- An annual salary of circa 55,000, plus bonus potential
- progression opportunities to grow with the company
- 25 days Annual leave plus bank holiday
- Proven experience in a management role within an elderly nursing home setting
- Exceptional leadership skills with empathy and compassion.
- Evidence of past CQC inspections, that are good or outstanding
- Ability to inspire and nurture a team.
