The Recruitment Crowd are searching for a talented and experienced Care Home Manager who is seeking an exciting opportunity within a luxury home in West Denton-Newcastle!We are looking for a registered manager to lead our team, creating an environment that promotes dignity and independence, striving for excellence through the highest standards of care.

As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:

  • To manage staff and resources so that each resident can enjoy a dignified and fulfilling life.
  • Reporting to the regional Operations Manager, you will create and lead a vision for the home to ensure a philosophy of continuous improvement, encouraging and supporting the home’s journey to 'outstanding’
  • Whilst managing people and processes, being a Home Manager is a complex, influential and highly rewarding role involving close liaison with residents, their families, professional contacts and multi-disciplinary teams

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  • A good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Outstanding
  • Good communication skills and can maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors
  • A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home
  • Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care
  • Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service

This role could be for you if you have;

  • Management / Leadership experience (essential)
  • You have a minimum of a Level 5 NVQ Leadership and Management.

The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £42,000- £45,000 per annum ( Depending on Experience). This exciting position is a permanent full time role working through days and you will benefit from:
