Electrician required to join a leading Facilities Management company covering planned and reactive maintenance contracts across the North East – including Newcastle, Middlesborough and Durham. Electrician will have previous experience within the facilities management or building services industry.
Electrician will receive:
- A competitive salary up to £36,000 per annum with unlimited overtime opportunities.

Electrician’s Responsibilities:
- Performing scheduled and reactive maintenance on various electrical systems in commercial settings including Lighting, sockets and circuits.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
- Working closely with clients to ensure the completion of tasks.

Electrician’s requirements:
- City & Guilds/ NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
- 17th or 18th Edition qualifications.
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
- Full UK Driving license.
