- Title: Mobile Maintenance Electrician
- Location: Newcastle (RFM-Redcar-Cleveland projects)
- Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm,
- Contract: Full time, permanent
- Salary: upto £37000 per annum
- *on-call/Overtime

Main Duties:
- Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards
- Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
- Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
- Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
- Service and repair of motors and pumps.
- Competent on BMS control systems and PAT tester
- Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client and with respect for the dignity and privacy of the resident group
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Qualified Electrician with experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting.
- City & Guilds or equivalent
- 18th Edition City and Guilds
- experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing.
- UK Driving Licence
- DBS check
