Hours: Flexible working hours (e.g., 8:00 am-4:00 pm or 9:00 am-5:00 pm), with an early finish on Fridays

About the Role:
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will:
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring policies and procedures are upheld.
- Manage casework related to disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management.
- Foster positive relationships with trade unions, ensuring productive collaboration.
- Support the client's efforts to promote an inclusive and supportive work culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Employee Relations role is essential.
- Experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of trade union processes and dynamics.
- A friendly and communicative team player with the ability to build rapport quickly.
