Back to searchAbout the opportunity;We are delighted to be working closely with our global client to appoint an experienced Global Senior People Partner to support the CPO and deliver the global people strategy and drive performance through people. Working as an influential and trusted partner to the Directors, the Global Senior People Partner will lead on a number of change management initiatives alongside organisational design, improving performance, identifying and talent and driving engagement.There will be an opportunity to work closely with business leaders to develop management capability, upskill leadership and drive accountability.This is a generalist role with a real mix of strategic and operational elements and will work as part of a fun and innovative team.Based from Newcastle 3 days a week with occasional travel.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;To be considered for this role, you will bring a wealth of HR Partnering experience from a fast paced, commercial business. You will have experience of working on an international basis and a basic understanding of international employment law.A natural leader, you will be highly engaging and have the ability to influence across all levels and build relationships quickly and effectively.You must be comfortable in handling both strategy and operational HR matters and enjoy a broad and varied role.Our client;Our client is a forward thinking commercial business with operations across the Globe.
