Our client specialises in providing embedded talent partner services to businesses across the UK, USA, and Europe. They leverage their expertise to support client growth, deliver exceptional service, and prioritise both clients and candidates equally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Engagement: Work closely with customer partners to understand their story and business needs.
- Tech Utilisation: Use cutting-edge technology to create outstanding shortlists (training provided on LinkedIn, Boolean searching, etc.).
- Manager Coaching: Guide hiring managers to ensure world-class candidate experiences.
- Candidate Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates’ career goals and expertise.
