Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement: Work closely with customer partners to understand their story and business needs.
  • Tech Utilisation: Use cutting-edge technology to create outstanding shortlists (training provided on LinkedIn, Boolean searching, etc.).
  • Manager Coaching: Guide hiring managers to ensure world-class candidate experiences.
  • Candidate Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews to understand candidates’ career goals and expertise.
