Key Responsibilities
- PAS2035 Process Management:
- Lead the assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring processes.
- Ensure full compliance with PAS standards.
- Survey Management:
- Manage retrofit surveys in the Midlands.
- Maintain top-tier quality and compliance standards.
- Collaboration:
- Work with the Sustainability Manager and central Sustainability Team.
- Position our company as the go-to partner for energy efficiency retrofit solutions through various funding streams (SHDF, LAD, ECO).
- Energy Modelling:
- Provide accurate energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP.
- Offer guidance on meeting specific scheme criteria.
- Objective Achievement:
- Deliver on targets for retrofit schemes.
- Trustmark Lodgement:
- Oversee the PAS2035 lodgement process on Trustmark.
- Ensure timely funding drawdown in line with contract delivery programs.
- Retrofit Coordinator qualification.
- Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
- OCDEA certification.
- Proven experience in managing housing refurbishment surveys.
- Strong team management skills with a focus on achieving specific objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
- Full UK driving license.
