Are you passionate about energy efficiency and looking for a challenging role in the construction industry? TSA Surveying is working in partnership with an Energy Efficiency Company looking to recruit a hybrid Retrofit Coordinator, based in Newcastle! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the PAS2035 process, from assessment and design to installation, handover, and monitoring. You'll ensure high quality and compliance standards across retrofit surveys in the Northeast.
Key Responsibilities
  • PAS2035 Process Management:
    • Lead the assessment, design, installation, handover, and monitoring processes.
    • Ensure full compliance with PAS standards.
  • Survey Management:
    • Manage retrofit surveys in the Midlands.
    • Maintain top-tier quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work with the Sustainability Manager and central Sustainability Team.
    • Position our company as the go-to partner for energy efficiency retrofit solutions through various funding streams (SHDF, LAD, ECO).
  • Energy Modelling:
    • Provide accurate energy modelling using RdSAP and full SAP.
    • Offer guidance on meeting specific scheme criteria.
  • Objective Achievement:
    • Deliver on targets for retrofit schemes.
  • Trustmark Lodgement:
    • Oversee the PAS2035 lodgement process on Trustmark.
    • Ensure timely funding drawdown in line with contract delivery programs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Retrofit Coordinator qualification.
  • Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
  • OCDEA certification.
  • Proven experience in managing housing refurbishment surveys.
  • Strong team management skills with a focus on achieving specific objectives.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry.
  • Full UK driving license.
