Position: Geo-Environmental Consultant

Location: Newcastle

Salary: 28-30k (DOE)

I'm working with a specialist consultancy in the geo-environmental, geotechnical, and sustainability sectors. We are looking for Geo-environmental engineers with a well-rounded skillset, to join a tight knit group covering all aspects of consulting, including client facing opportunities that can lead to rapid progression for those that are ambitious enough, as the company continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct mixed contaminated land and geotechnical assessments on a variety of projects, from planning assistance to retail, logistics, governmental department contracts and pipeline geotechnical work.
  • Engage in both site investigations and office-based, with a flexible approach to travel (mostly local within the North East).
  • Collaborate with highly experienced team leaders to deliver high-quality, client-focused solutions.
  • Assist in fee proposals and client engagements, playing a key role in the consultancies rapid development and growth.
