You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate complex planning regulations and contribute to the development of sustainable projects.Key Responsibilities:Conducting planning assessments and providing technical advice to clientsCoordinating and managing the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)Working closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered in line with planning requirementsLiaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and other relevant partiesConducting site visits and assessmentsProviding recommendations to clients based on research, analysis, and expertiseStaying up to date with industry regulations and best practisesSkills and Experience Required:Proven experience in planning and consultancy within the engineering industryStrong knowledge of EIA regulations and processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organisational and time management skillsProficiency in relevant software tools and applicationsFull UK driving licence is requiredThe successful candidates will be offered a permanent contract with an annual salary ranging from £30,000 to £60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
