BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Personal/Executive Assistant to join our client who are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

- Salary based on experience - £28,000 to £32,000

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Diary and Calendar Management
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the executives
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents and reports on behalf of the executive.
- Administrative Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure that the executive is prepared for meetings with the necessary documents and background information.
- Task Coordination
- Work closely with other departments or external parties to coordinate specific projects.
- Confidentiality
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure that confidential documents are secured at all times.
- Project Management
- Assist with specific projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are produced to a high standard.
You will need:
- Experience and Education
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (Outlook, Google Calendar).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
