As an Executive Assistant (EA) you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities, strategic initiatives, and business priorities. You will act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the company. Â
Main Responsibilities:-
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Â
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant will:
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Â
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.Â
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings.Â
- Oversee email and correspondence management, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.Â
- Coordinate and support board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups on action points.Â
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Â
- Assist in organising company events and engagements.Â
- Support the CEO in key projects and liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.Â
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.Â
