Executive Assistant Newcastle Upon Tyne 

As an Executive Assistant (EA) you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of daily activities, strategic initiatives, and business priorities. You will act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the company.  

Main Responsibilities:-

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant will:

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings. 
  • Oversee email and correspondence management, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. 
  • Coordinate and support board meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups on action points. 
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism. 
  • Assist in organising company events and engagements. 
  • Support the CEO in key projects and liaise with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
