As we continue to expand and innovate, we seek a dynamic and highly organized Interim Executive Assistant to support our CEO on an interim basis.The Opportunity.

The Interim Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives. This is a temporary position, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications.

  • Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive presentations, and other key events.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.

  • Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

What you need to succeed.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
