The Company.Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business on the appointment on an interim Executive Assistant to Directors on an ongoing interim basis.The Opportunity.Covering long term sickness, you will be responsible for for providing board-level support to a team of Directors, and will involve:
  • Full diary management to a team of director-level staff members
  • Extensive international travel arrangements
  • Attending and minuting board-level meetings
  • Preparation of all board-level documentation
  • Email and MS Outlook management for a number of inboxes
  • Coordinating senior level administrative support
What you need to succeed.To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced PA/EA who has operated at Director-level and you have a proactive approach towards your work.  You will be highly efficient and experienced in managing international and complex travel arrangements, managing change and reacting quickly to delays or short term diary changes.  As a seasoned problem solver you will efficiently manage multiple diaries and be able to work well on your own or as part of a team.  You will have a methodical approach to your work and be flexible and reactive to business changes.This is an interim opportunity covering sickness and requires a candidate who is ready to commence a new role quickly.  The role is expected to last a minimum of 3 months and with possible extension, the role is based in the office 5 days a week and offers reduced working hours on a Friday.
