Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit Production Operatives for their client based in Killingworth.

Are you looking for a rewarding career in manufacturing? A leading industrial powerhouse, is hiring Production Operatives to join their dynamic team.

This will be working 6:30am - 6:30pm and 6:30pm - 6:30am on a continental shift rota basis, however a rota will be giving well in advance!

Position: Production Operative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment in the production process.
  • Assemble, inspect, and package products with precision and care.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work space.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production.
