This role is ideal for a qualified auditor who enjoys working closely with clients, leading audit engagements, and mentoring junior team members within a dynamic and client-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and managing audit engagements from planning to completion
- Reviewing audit work and providing feedback to junior team members
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a key point of contact
- Ensuring compliance with audit and accounting standards
- Supporting the development of the audit team through training and mentoring
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
