- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering insight and solutions to their needs
- Oversee junior team members, providing mentorship and guidance on technical and professional matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards and firm policies
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business development initiatives
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
