This closely knit team are looking for a manager to help lead their Corporate Finance and M&A projects.As part of your role you’ll be a key member of the team, with a seat at the table with the Directors and Co-Founders of the business from day one.  You’ll be responsible for running processes from start to finish including drafting Information Memorandums, contributing to pitch presentations, getting involved in deal origination, and handling client facing activities. You’ll drive M&A projects as well as leading teams to complete various Corporate Finance tasks.    Ideally were looking for someone who:
  • Holds an accountancy qualification
  • Has an entrepreneurial flair who is driven and keen to learn, develop and get things done.
  • Has experience as part of a corporate finance team in a practice or advisory firm, or have experience working with PE back clients.
  • Has experience of leading several projects at the same time.
This role is initially a fixed term contract, but there is potential for it to become permanent.
