Description
- Provide financial advice to senior management.
- Drive business performance through informed financial decision-making.
- Provide financial reporting, analysis, and insights.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and year-end accounts.
- Ensure financial compliance across all operations.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
- Manage relationships with external financial stakeholders.
- Support the development of strategic financial objectives.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner will have:
- A strong educational background in Finance
- Excellent understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Offer
- 12 month fixed term contract with potential to become permanent
- A competitive salary of £49,460 per year.
- Agile / flexible working: 1 day per week required on site
- 26 days annual leave on commencement rising to 31 days after 3 years' service
