  • KCR Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager for a successful family business, who will lead the finance team across two sites. The role requires a driven individual focused on adding value and promoting business growth and profitability. Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, overseeing bank account reconciliations, and managing the payroll process. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management and offers a competitive salary of £50,000 to £60,000 per year. The Finance Manager will also be the primary contact for banking and regulatory bodies, overseeing compliance and documentation.

KCR Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager for successful, entrepreneurial family business. The successful candidate will be the finance lead for both sites, be part of the senior management team and responsible for motivating and developing a small finance team. This role will suit you if you are driven by adding value while driving business growth and profitability. Main duties will include:

  • Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, providing insight and recommendations to the senior management team
  • Oversee the reconciliation of all bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
  • Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards
  • Manage the payroll process in collaboration with the payroll bureau
  • Reconcile control accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring any discrepancies are investigated and resolved
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns
  • Lead, mentor and supervise a small accounts team
  • Primary contact for the bank, insurance brokers, payroll bureau and HMRC
