Description

  • Manage, organise, and update the company's financial records.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the creation of financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to improve financial processes.
  • Provide financial advice to the management team.
  • Participate in financial audits.
  • Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Manage a team of 5 Finance Officers

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

  • Demonstrable experience in service charge or property accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and procedures.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience with line manager responsibilities.
