The opportunity

Tempest Jones are currently working with a leading Chartered Financial Planning Practice in the Northeast on their recruitment campaign for Financial Advisers. This reputable practice has a national presence, is continuing to grow at a fast pace and prides itself on a very client-centric approach.

Provided you have the Diploma in financial planning and either paraplanning or client facing experience within a financial services environment, you will be given full training on systems and the advice process in a highly structured and supportive environment. You will also be provided with all the clients and leads you need to make this an extremely lucrative opportunity.

Duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients remotely, over the telephone and via Zoom/Teams as appropriate.
  • Providing advice to both new and existing clients on pensions and retirement planning, protection and investments.
  • Ensuring you support clients to meet their financial objectives.
  • Remain compliant and up to date with company policy.
  • Review clients' portfolios annually in line with their changing risk attitudes.

NB: The top end of the salary banding is for candidates who have CAS and includes bonus, which is actually uncapped.
