If you are a competent IFA Administrator, who would love to be part of a small, truly client-centric business, where you’ll find a warm and inviting culture, then read on…Based in Newcastle upon Tyne (with excellent transport links and free local parking), our client requires an additional talented, IFA Administrator, to work alongside two Paraplanners, supporting 3 Advisers, across investments, pensions and mortgages.This is a full-time position, office based (some flexibility, if required) where your responsibilities will include:-

  • First point of contact for clients
  • Providing administrative support to advisers and paraplanners before and after client meetings
  • Supporting clients through the financial planning process
  • Obtain and process client documents
  • Liaising with providers for updates
  • Updating back-office system (Intelliflo)
  • Working with various platforms and cashflow tools

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be an efficient and competent IFA Administrator
  • Possess excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office), Intelliflo would be advantageous, not essential
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills - understands how to build relationships with clients
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and to deadlines
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to learn and develop
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Proactive task management
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proactive, team player with a 'can do’ attitude, genuinely invested in the success of the company
