A national Wealth Management business with offices in the heart of Newcastle are looking to add further presence to the office with a Wealth Planning Administrator.This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with experience and an understanding of a Financial Planning environment, wanting further exposure and support through their career to develop further. Duties include:

  • Support the Planner's work-flow by efficient co-ordination of central services such as paraplanning, valuations and business processing
  • Prepare and submit CDD and new account paperwork for client on-boarding
  • Arrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs and manage the Wealth Planners' diaries
  • Be a first contact point for clients to handle general queries and escalating complex queries to the Planner
  • Prepare letters of authority for signing
