About the Role:
As a Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an effective and profitable sales and lettings service while providing outstanding customer service. Your key responsibilities will include valuing and listing properties, driving new business, and supporting the sales and lettings teams to ensure an excellent experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property valuations and listings, ensuring market material is prepared and all compliance is met.
- Actively generate new business and contribute to increasing sales and lettings volumes.
- Collaborate with the sales and lettings teams to provide a consistent, responsive, and high-quality service.
- Support the property management team and foster clear communication across all departments.
- Achieve business and income targets by optimizing fee levels and securing additional revenue.
- Explore innovative industry technology to enhance performance, processes, and systems.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing plans, offering feedback for improvement.
- Assist Branch & Business Managers in driving success across the department.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in property valuation or estate agency, with a solid understanding of the property sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
