Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a common local authority based in Newcastle. They are looking for an Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This role pays a competitive rate of £50 - £55 an hour umbrella depending on experience.

This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.

Responsibilities as a Childcare Solicitor:

  • Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.
  • Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
  • Providing legal advice and support to the company's clients in matters related to child care and protection
  • Able to do advocacy when needed

About you as a Childcare Solicitor:

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of experience in child care law
  • Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
