Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and provide comprehensive training.
- Address customer issues, consult on, and develop tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to boost customer growth and satisfaction.
- Produce sales quotations as needed.
- Proven experience in an Account Management or Project Management role within the SaaS/IT sector.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative in managing various customer accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and effective customer interactions.
