D365 F&O Functional Consultant Hybrid, 2 days on-site per month£60,000 - £70,000 per annum (Minimum 2 years hands on D365 F&O Experience)We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with 2-4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our growing team. As a Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure and implement D365 F&O solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. You'll join a close-knit team which includes 1 Lead Consultant who you'll report in to, 2 Functional Consultants (including yourself) and a Developer. Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your knowledge and experience to understand business requirements and translate them into effective, efficient, and secure solutions within D365
  • Take ownership of, build, and configure D365.Collaborate with the project team to define the development agenda.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders from across the business.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Work with external consultants to build a cohesive solution.
  • Identify the business impact of change, considering processes, people, and systems.
  • Assist in defining test scripts and support the testing process.
  • Ensure training plans and materials align with the new platform.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience with D365 F&O 
  • Familiarity with D365 F&O implementations, preferably with a focus on retail processes
  • Strong desire to learn and work independently, while also being part of a team
  • Ability to communicate well with both technical and business teams
  • Retail industry knowledge is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with atleast one D365 F&O moduel is essential such as: Supply chain, Warehousing, Finance, Retail POS
  • Have to be eager to learn, hardworking and be able to work indepdentely
