The main purpose of the role will be to support and assist colleagues within the team and provide affective administration support to the department.

You will have some HR Administration experience including:

Recruitment Administration

  • Scheduling in interviews, ensuring rooms are booked and all interview tools are provided to the panel.
  • Collation of pre-employment checks and completing the verification process through the online DBS system.
  • Carrying out appropriate reference checks for all new starters.
  • Ensure all new starters receive the correct on boarding emails and check in’s prior to starting with us.

HR Administration

  • Maintaining accurate colleague records using our PeopleHR platform and producing reports as and when required.
  • Ensure all information held is in line with GDPR regulations.
  • Perform regular cleansing and audits of all files.
  • Ensuring all probation documentation is completed and filed correctly.

Policy Administration

  • Ensure all policies are reviewed on a bimonthly basis.
  • Ensure all policies are updated and available on our internal intranet.

Training Administration

  • Booking training courses and workshops for colleagues to attend.
  • Keep accurate records of all performance management and appraisals.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Excellent attention to detail is required for this role, along with experience of working within an HR administration role.
  • A good standard of education is required, including good spoken and written skills.
