Job Description:Â We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a small team of one developer and work on exciting projects that involve C#, Web API, integrations, Entity Framework, and REST APIs. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions while ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a junior developer, providing guidance and support and general leadership/management.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C#, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems and services.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support our applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best practices and code reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Developer
- Strong proficiency in C#, Web API, Entity Framework, and REST APIs.
- Experience with system integrations and working with Web APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What We Offer:
