First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a number of Lead Generators for our clients busy contact centre based in Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1.
Our client is a nationally recognised advice centre focussing on the energy, utility supply markets and contract renewals across various supply sectors.
Ideally candidates will come from a cold calling environment with an experience of energy, mobile phones or any other related service.
This is a purely outbound sales position, with daily and weekly KPI's.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and has immediate interviews and starts available.
Candidate duties will include:
- To prospect, educate, qualify and develop key accounts and leads to create sales ready opportunities
- Interact with prospect clients via telephone and email
- Developing strong supplier relationships and adhere to the contracted agreements and rates for your customers
- Research accounts, identify decision makers, generate interest and develop potential accounts
- Manage to give every customer the best possible experience when providing the service
Candidate experience will include:
- Energy industry experience is preferred
- Proven record of success in direct sales, outbound and cold calling
- A positive attitude and approach
- Effective communication and IT skills
- Have a strong background in either a telesales, outbound sales is a must
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Have excellent negotiation skills
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.
Industry leading packages are available with excellent OTE's and starting salary £30kpa and excellent company benefits.
