Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading global law firm looking for a Legal E-Biller. This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid working pattern.  

The ideal E-Biller will be responsible for:

  • Ensure that fee earners are fully compliant with comprehensive time recording policies and register all disbursements to ensure accurate defence costs MI
  • Managing the billing aspects of a specified group of partners and fee earners
  • Ensure the timely processing of bills
  • Build and develop relationships with stakeholders
  • Attend regular meetings with fee earners and partners to discuss aged WIP and billing
  • Check charge rates and ensure compliance with client service level agreements
  • Ensure up-to-date billing information in line with current SLAs
  • Maintain matter budgets and resolve billing-related issues promptly to avoid delays to the revenue cycle

The ideal E-Biller will have the following experience:

  • Previous experience in e-billing experience in a law firm is essential
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable team player
