Totum Partners is delighted to be working with a leading global law firm looking for a Legal E-Biller. This is a great opportunity to work in a hybrid working pattern. Â
The ideal E-Biller will be responsible for:
- Ensure that fee earners are fully compliant with comprehensive time recording policies and register all disbursements to ensure accurate defence costs MI
- Managing the billing aspects of a specified group of partners and fee earners
- Ensure the timely processing of bills
- Build and develop relationships with stakeholders
- Attend regular meetings with fee earners and partners to discuss aged WIP and billing
- Check charge rates and ensure compliance with client service level agreements
- Ensure up-to-date billing information in line with current SLAs
- Maintain matter budgets and resolve billing-related issues promptly to avoid delays to the revenue cycle
The ideal E-Biller will have the following experience:
- Previous experience in e-billing experience in a law firm is essential
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable team player
