Lettings Negotiator

Abode Living letting agents are looking to recruit a passionate individual to support the Lettings and teams with enquiries and viewings

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within the property industry however this is not essential as long as the applicant has relevant transferable skills and experience from previous employment.

Our office is fast paced, highly motivated and target driven, we are looking for someone who has excellent organisational and communication skills who can work as part of our team yet use their own initiative when required.

This is a mobile role and as such the successful candidate will need to have a full clean UK driving licence. A company vehicle will be provided for appointments.

The role will entail meeting potential tenants at viewings. Effective communication skills are vital to this role when feeding the information back to the lettings team and the relevant landlord/s

The starting salary for this position is £25,00 per annum and the working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday. Additionally there is a profit share bonus in place which will allow the individual to earn significantly more should they achieve the results/targets set in conjunction with the rest of the team.
