- Develop and maintain the master project schedule to ensure optimal resource allocation and on-time delivery for live projects and projects identified in the sales forecast.
- Consolidate the individual project plans from the Project Planners and assess the risks, conflicts, resource allocation constraints and report to the business leads.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to align schedules with operational capabilities
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings, presenting data and insights to stakeholders to drive alignment.
- Identify and mitigate risks to supply chain continuity and production schedules.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of planning processes.
