About the .Net Engineer position:

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be supporting a long-standing client with the recruitment of a .Net Engineer to engage in an exciting new project. As a .NET Developer you will play a crucial role in advancing the technological capabilities to support the delivery of high-quality services. Working in an Agile development team operating 2 weekly sprints, you will design, develop, test, and maintain innovative software solutions built on the Microsoft .NET framework deploying in to Azure.

Key responsibilities of the .Net Engineer role will include:

You will have experience as a .NET developer and be comfortable to analyze user requirements and business needs individually and then develop technical specifications and the resulting software solution.

You will understand how to integrate systems using Industry standards and have experience with integration engines.

To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the organisation. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which engages, enables and empowers others.

The ideal candidate for the .Net Engineer role will have the following experience:

Proven experience of software development in a formal development environment

Experience of C# .NET (MVC/Core)

Experience developing APIs.

Demonstratable experience of writing unit tests

Experience working with relational data stores (SQL/NoSQL) and knowledge of how to review/improve query performance.

Capable of pair-programming with other members of the team
