I am supporting a Nursery in NE15 - a welcoming and diverse setting that adopts family values, creating an inclusive environment where staff and children are able to flourish - who require a Room Leader for their Nursery setting.
They are looking for a practitioner who is highly motivated and encouraging in leading a room and team. The practitioner should also be enthusiastic, patient and committed to becoming a valuable team player...and of course be a fan of singing songs, dancing, outdoors and messy play!
The ideal candidate will be at least Level 3 Early Years Qualified. The candidate does not need to already have Room Leader experience, though this would support an application. You must have a desire to lead and a willingness to take accountability.
The position is full time and 36 hours per week. You will need flexibility to do both early -7/7:30 am to 3pm shifts and 10 am - 6 pm shifts.

Pay: £12.60 per hour
