Our client is hiring for our 2025 intake and seeking Outbound Sales Specialists to join our team in identifying high-value B2B clients for our gas and electric solutions. Your efforts will be essential to their 2025 growth strategy, helping bring efficient, cost-effective energy solutions to businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify prospective B2B clients in the energy sector through outbound cold calling and other platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Qualify leads based on energy usage, industry needs, and alignment with our services.
- Foster relationships with potential clients, educating them on our gas and electric offerings and trends.
- Keep our CRM updated with detailed information on each lead for seamless team collaboration.

What we're looking for from you:
- Experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales is preferred, ideally within energy, utilities, or related fields, however not essential.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Outgoing, ambitious, and self-motivated personality.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead generation tools.
