The Outbound Telesales position is a full-time, permanent role that allows for remote work with no weekend requirements.
The base salary is £24.5k, with an OTE of £30.5-33k, and the work hours are 10.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or Field sales.
The role involves making 150-200 outbound calls daily, building customer rapport, and achieving sales targets of 7-10 per day.

Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
Achieve targets of 7-10 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

Minimum of 1 year Call Centre, Retail sales, Customer Service, Telesales or Field sales experience will be considered.
You will need a quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
