Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Paraplanner for their Newcastle office due to continued growth and strategic plans.
Candidates should have prior paraplanning experience and be close to achieving their CII Level 4 Diploma (DipPFS or equivalent).
The role involves preparing suitability reports, managing client records, and participating in various investment activities, including pension and fund switches.

Role:

Due to continued growth and as part of their strategic plans, our client has an immediate requirement for an experienced Paraplanner, to work out of their Newcastle office. Additional paraplanners will be required soon, therefore, individuals with paraplanning experience and who are close to achieving their Level 4, are encouraged to apply.Holding DipPFS (or equivalent), you must be able to contribute immediately to the effectiveness of the team and will be involved with:· Pension switches· Fund switches· Top-ups· New investments· Some EIS/VCT (experience advantageous)· Corporate investments (experience advantageous)Your responsibilities will include:· Prepare suitability reports and review reports· Prepare summary of recommendations· Understand the firm’s CIP and procedures· Ensure accurate client records are held on the back-office system, IntellifloWith the opportunity to learn and develop your technical knowledge further, working alongside talented individuals, this is a superb role for a career paraplanner.

Qualifications:

CII Level 4 Diploma (essential)

Candidate Requirements:

Must have supported an IFA previously in a paraplanning capacity
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Team player
Sound IT skills
