Are you looking for a temporary, part-time position in Administration? Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Administrator. With a small friendly team and a potential for a permanent position, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to their success.

  • Location: Westerhope, Newcastle upon Tyne
  • Assignment length: Temporary ongoing with the potential of going Permanent for the right candidate.
  • Hourly rate: 12.50ph paid on a weekly basis through OA
  • Hours per week: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Typing up documents, forms, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ordering stock and liaising with suppliers.
  • Updating the company's social media platforms.
  • Answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service.
  • Completing VAT returns accurately and efficiently.
  • Chasing overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Resolving any queries or issues promptly.
  • Processing payments, invoices, and receipts.
  • Data entry using QuickBooks.
