Our Water consultancy client are seeking Senior/Principal level Wastewater Modellers for their Glasgow and Newcastle offices.

You'll work on exciting projects with major water companies across the UK and Ireland, contributing to innovative solutions that improve water quality and manage urban pollution.

Our client has an exciting portfolio of work in the Water sector. The role is permanent and will require 3 days working in either Glasgow/Newcastle offices.

Responsibiliie

Skills/experience/qualifications

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Geography or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM.
  • You will have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities.
  • You'll lead staff development, ensuring project delivery excellence through effective planning, coordination, and technical governance.
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing and presentations, are essential for building industry relationships.
  • 7 years + experience with Infoworks ICM ideally
  • Must have worked on Wastewater projects
  • Line management experience an advantage
