Work hours: It is a Monday to Friday working week, with 7.5 hours per day. We do ask for alternate start times, with one week starting at 8am and the next at 9:30am

Pay Rate: £113/day PAYE

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Project Scheduler for a leading FM Services and Engineering company for 2 months initial contract to extend.

This role will involve frequent contact with Business users and management so strong stakeholder management skills are essential. In addition, the position will include continuous liaison with Project delivery personnel to establish and maintain the delivery schedule. Reporting of migration progress to plan will be another key deliverable. Some of other duties include;

  • Work with the Project Manager, Group Project Team and other project schedulers to develop a Project deployment schedule.

  • Liaising with Business users and project delivery staff to arrange remote appointments or site visits for support and migration clinics, installation and migration activities. This will include the sending of migration communications to users throughout the migration process

  • Publish and maintain a migration schedule

  • Managing changes to the deployment schedule and communicating these changes to business users and project team members

  • Reporting progress of planned deployments against actuals, providing visibility of issues and changes to the Project manager and project team members

  • Post migration activities; following up with users, dept contact, documentation updates, arranging removal of old IT equipment from migrated sites

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Strong administration skills, including data analysis and excel skills

  • Ability to discuss technical issues with both Engineers and business users.

  • Demonstrable focus on the understanding of business and stakeholder needs.

  • Must be experienced with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Project, and etc
