Summary:

  • Claimant Clinical Negligence Solicitor required on a fully remote basis, with occasional travel (once monthly, or two monthly to Newcastle).
  • Suitable for candidates with upwards of 3 years' PQE gained within clinical negligence.
  • Both claimant and defendant clinical negligence experience is of interest.
  • Flexibility around hours.
  • Salary to £90,000.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling their own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters, with a focus on brain and spinal injuries, birth injuries, cerebral and erb's palsy and delayed cancer diagnosis claims. The cases are largely settled without the need for litigation, though candidates must be confident in litigating for when trial can not be avoided.
