- Must have previous experience in an HSE Lead role for an industrial manufacturing plant, mechanical safety would be an advantage
- NEBOSH diploma preferred
- Strong knowledge of Environmental regulations
- Ability to audit and manage key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Well developed communication skills, able to give confidence, challenge and influence across all levels
- People and team-working approach, experience managing projects and mentoring/developing others
- Self motivated and able to pro-actively and effectively identify areas of safety improvement
