- Responsible for improving operational standards across all care homes in the group
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Working closely with underperforming homes to improve the quality of care
- Managing budgets and overseeing financial performance
- Filling in as acting manage if a home is without

- At least 3 years of experience working as a Home Manager in a similar setting
- Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
- Evidence of turning around a failing service
- NMC Pin is preferable
