This role involves scheduling and overseeing the full project lifecycle for utility installations, ensuring timely, efficient and high-quality execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage programming for main laying installations and service connections.
  • Scheduling in order to meet client deadlines.
  • Collaborate with metering & streetworks teams to align on section 50 (NRSWA) compliance
  • Client communication to confirm programming dates.
  • Provide weekly performance reports and maintain KPIs.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in programming or scheduling within utilities.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • A positive, client-focused approach to service delivery.
