The Role:As Health and Safety Consultant, you will:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our clients, including construction companies, developers, and project managers.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and non-compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement health and safety plans, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
  • Provide training and education to clients and their employees on health and safety topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with current health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Assist clients with incident investigation and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's health and safety management system.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recognised qualification in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Health and Safety Consultant within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to promoting a positive safety culture.
