The Role:As Health and Safety Consultant, you will:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to our clients, including construction companies, developers, and project managers.
- Conduct site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and non-compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement health and safety plans, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
- Provide training and education to clients and their employees on health and safety topics.
- Stay up-to-date with current health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Assist clients with incident investigation and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our company's health and safety management system.
What We're Looking For:
- A recognised qualification in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Consultant within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to promoting a positive safety culture.
