Their ambitions are to be the leading training provider for the energy and engineering industry by investing heavily into new technology and innovation.

The main focus of the role with be delivering NEBOSH, IOSH, CCNSG, OPITO MIST, COSHH Assessor and Manual Handling Assessor. As you develop and grow with the organisation you will be able to do other related courses.

The ideal candidate will have worked in the construction environment and hold the NEBOSH and IOSH certificate.

This is a great role for an HSE professional person to come off the tools into a trainer role where you will work with the next generation of engineers and be a vital cog in the wheel.

*Provide technical coaching / professional guidance, and assist in the development of others.
*Demonstrate a calm and systematic approach
*Convey information fluently, interpreting and clarifying details and explaining rationale
*Select and use the best method of communication to ensure understanding
*Advise and guide others
*Use a wide range and depth of technical or specialised knowledge, providing technical leadership and expert advice to others

*Provide meaningful feedback on a regular, ongoing basis
*Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
*The ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
*Delivering NEBOSH, IOSH, CCNSG, OPITO MIST, COSHH Assessor, Manual Handling Assessor

The person
*NEBOSH General Certification / Diploma
*IOSH Managing Safely
*Have either works in on a construction site or have experience in a HSE role on a construction site
