This full-time, permanent position is perfect for an experienced care professional looking to lead and support a dedicated team of healthcare assistants during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication to residents in line with care plans and current training.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to healthcare assistants on shift, ensuring excellent care is provided at all times.
  • Oversee the wellbeing and comfort of residents throughout the night.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, residents, and their families.
  • Ensure all care provided meets regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (essential).
  • Current Medication Training certificate (essential).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Experience in a residential care setting, particularly with elderly or vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
